Students eating in Garst Dining HallGarst Dining Center is managed by Julie Licis and Chef Pete Tracy  and is located between Hammons House and Hutchens House. 

Along with our traditional fare, we now offer cooked to order omelets every day for breakfast,  Just in Time Cooking format with items such as stir fries and chicken wings.

Continental Breakfast:   10:15 -10:30
Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Salad Bar, Deli:  opens at 10:30
Full Lunch:  11:00 - 1:30
Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Soup and Salad:  1:30 -4:30
Dinner:  4:30 - 7:30
Saturday and Sunday
Brunch:  10:30 - 1:30
Dinner:  5:00 - 7:00
