is our oldest but busiest dining center on campus and is located on the first floor of the Blair Shannon Residence Hall.
Wade Parker, Resident Dining Manager, along with a staff of 60 full and part time employees, will serve over 19,000 meals per week. We feature "Just in Time" Cooking with theater and show and food such as fajitas and stir fry prepared or finished right before the customer's eyes. Students also have an assortment of delicious selections such as pizza, pasta, deli bar, hamburgers, hot dogs, and of course our "Three Squares" which features such items as chicken fried steak and homemade chicken pot pie.
