Sodexo Education offers platform style dining with an all-you-can eat format in our three dining centers:  Blair Shannon, Garst , and Kentwood.  Our menus feature traditional entrees such as chicken fried steak and homemade chicken pot pie as well as pizza, pasta, hamburgers and hotdogs.  We also offer a variety of ethnic foods as well as a full salad bar, fruits, vegetables and of course, our wonderful desserts.
