Advisees Not Registered
Use this to create and export to Excel a list of students by college, department and/or advisor who are not registered for a future semester. The export includes an array of data on each student.
Data elements: Advisor name, student BearPass Number, name, student class, phone number, email address, college, department, program, program description, academic standing, holds (encumbrances), accounts receivable hold indicator (A/R Hold), and graduation indicator (e.g. has student graduated).

Transfer Course Equivalencies
Detailed record of all transfer coursework submitted by a student and the MSU equivalent courses. Includes transfer period, transfer institution, transfer course/subject number, hours and grade as well as the MSU equivalent course information.
