Why choose an accelerated option?
The accelerated master’s program is our recommendation for qualified undergraduate students who want to work as certified deaf educators. This option allows you to take graduate courses during your last year of undergraduate study. This option offers an opportunity for CSD majors with undergraduate research and clinical experience to complete the requirements for a Bachelor of Science in communication science and disorders and a Master of Science in education of the deaf and hard of hearing in just five years. Prerequisites may be required for taking some courses. Check out the course rotations before scheduling your classes. Visit with an advisor to develop a plan that is right for you.
