- Or for a room in PSU, print and fill out the Conference Services Reservations/Catering Request Form. For a classroom, print and fill out the Academic Space Reservation Request Form (completed forms can be faxed to 836-6765 or brought by the office in PSU 302)

New procedures have been developed and approved by Administrative Council for use of academic spaces. To reserve academic space faculty, staff, and students will need to complete the "Academic Space Reservation Request Form" and initial each statement at the bottom of the first page, indicating you have read, understand, and will comply with each.
