Fraternity & Sorority Life

All members of Fraternity & Sorority life should track their hours using our online report form. This is completed through CampusLink.

To get to the form you will need to sign into your My Missouri State Portal then click “Profile” and scroll down to the Student Engagement tab where you will see Campus Link.  If you clicked the link above you will be redirected to the form for completing hours.

Track Your Hours

To get to the form through CampusLink you should search for “Volunteer Programs” in organizations then click Forms.  After you have clicked forms you will see the “Individual Service Report Form” which you will be able to complete.

Be sure to read the directions carefully, it is your responsibility to make sure you are actually submitting your hours.

You can submit the form for all the hours you completed with a single agency.  If you volunteered with 3 agencies, you would need to complete the form a seperate time for each agency.

Here are the FSL Service Policy Guidelines and FSL Service Policy - Rules and Regulations that were adopted by all three councils (IFC, PHA, and NPHC).

FSL Service Policy Guidelines

FSL Service Policy - Rules and Regulations

Hours for FSL must be submitted within 7 days of the day of service for the service to count towards chapter totals.

*Although hours might be approved, they will not always count towards chapter totals depending on submission date and if the service follows the FSL Policy.
