The 2009 CHHS Multidisciplinary Forum was held on October 26, 2009 in the PSU Atrium and Theater. The Health and Happiness in Hard Times: Access, Affordability, Action forum focused on the effects of the current economy on healthcare and wellness.
Special topics include the ramifications of shrinking resources on
- ensuring optimal nutrition and fitness
- access to healthcare for individuals with lower SES
- stress management
- opportunities for volunteerism
Exhibits will begin at 5:00 pm and the formal program will occur between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm
