Computer Services Department
The Computer Services Department offers support to faculty with computing and networking resources. User Support Specialists are available to assist with hardware, software, and network difficulties. The central Help Desk, which may be contacted at 836-5891, answers questions and provides assistance. Documentation and informational resources are available online through the training link of the computer services web page. Open-access computer labs are available in Cheek Hall, Glass Hall, and Strong Hall and have lab assistants to help with resources. Computer Services Short Courses
Computer Services offers noncredit short courses to faculty, covering topics such as the Internet, operating systems, e-mail, web design, and more. Courses generally consist of one two-hour session and are held in the Computer Services training facility, Cheek 100.
