At the end of the semester you will receive a computer bubble sheet on which to record your students’ grades. Grades must be recorded in pencil. You must turn in your final grades to the department office 24 hours after your scheduled final exam time or your final paycheck may be delayed.
If you assign an Incomplete grade (I) for a student, you are required to complete the assessment even if it extends beyond your contracted time period. When assigning an Incomplete grade, many departments will require a written contract between the student and faculty member in addition to the required university form. Please contact your department head regarding the policies for your department.
