It is crucial to keep accurate accounts of grades and attendance so that you will have factual information for a fair evaluation of each student. At the end of each semester, a copy of all grades assigned during the semester along with any supporting documents needed to explain how the grades were calculated should be turned into your department office. Also in the case that an Incomplete Grade (I) is assigned for the semester, a copy of the contract made with the student should be submitted to your department office. You must leave all grade books with your department head at the time of leaving the employment of the University. Student grades are not to be publicly posted.
