The 2012 CHHS Multidisciplinary Forum will be held on November 12, 2012 in the Plaster Student Union Theater on the Springfield, MO campus of Missouri State University. The Brain Attack! Impact of Stroke: Survivor, Family, Community forum will focus on the effects of stroke on a survivor, their caregiver, and the health care community.
