Directions to Campus from Kansas City (Hwy13)

• Stay on Highway 13 (Kansas Expressway) South until you reach Chestnut Expressway

• Turn left (east) on Chestnut Expressway and continue until you reach National Avenue

• Turn right on National Avenue and travel south until you reach Monroe Street (one block past the stoplight at National and Harrison. There is no traffic light at this street)

• Turn right (west) on Monroe Street

• Turn left into Visitor Parking Metered Lot #13, (bring change for the meter)

Directions to Campus from St. Louis (I-44 and HWY65)

• From I-44, go south on HWY 65

• Take Chestnut Expressway exit right (west), and continue until you reach National Avenue

• Turn left on National Avenue and travel south until you reach Monroe Street (one block past the stoplight at National and Harrison.  There is no traffic light at this street)

• Turn right on Monroe Street, traveling west

• Turn left into Visitor Parking Metered Lot #13, (bring change for the meter)

Directions to Campus from Joplin (I-44)

• From I-44, exit in Springfield on Chestnut Expressway

• Take Chestnut Expressway exit, and continue into Springfield (several miles) until you reach National Avenue

• Turn Right on National Avenue and travel south until you reach Monroe Street (one block past the stoplight at National and Harrison.  There is no traffic light at this street)

• Turn right on Monroe Street, traveling west

• Turn left into Visitor Parking Metered Lot #13, (bring change for the meter)

Directions to Campus from Branson (HWY65)

• Take HWY 65 North to Springfield.

• Take Chestnut Expressway exit, turn left (west), and continue until you reach National Avenue

• Turn left on National Avenue and travel south until you reach Monroe Street (one block past the stoplight at National and Harrison.  There is no traffic light at this street)

• Turn right on Monroe Street, traveling west

• Turn left into Visitor Parking Metered Lot #13, (bring change for the meter)

Directions to the Teacher Certification Office in
Hill Hall, Room 200B

From Lot #13 to the Teacher Certification Office in Hill Hall

• Walk west on campus, passing by University College Hall and walking towards the Baker Bookstore (small metered lot is located just in front of the Bookstore)

• Once you reach Baker Bookstore turn left at the Missouri State Bear statue and walk south on campus past the Plaster Student Union (walk along the sidewalk on the east side of the Union where the bronze Presidential plaques are located)

• Continue south on campus, walking past Siceluff Hall on your left and then Carrington Hall on your right

• Once you have passed Carrington Hall the next building to your left is Hill Hall, turn left off the main path you have been following and enter Hill Hall through the front doors

• The Teacher Certification Office is located in Hill Hall room 200B on the second floor (take a right once you enter the building and walk up the first flight of stairs)
