John L. Winston was appointed to the Board of Governors in 2005, and will serve until 2011. Currently working for Clayton Capital Partners, Winston has over 20 years experience in a wide range of new client development activities including extensive experience with merger and acquisition clientele. In the past, he has been responsible for creating and actively leading the business development function for an independent investment banking firm. He has worked with middle market companies in a wide range of industries, including plastics, industrial manufacturing, steel fabrication, leisure and recreation, and business service companies. Winston is a graduate of the St. Louis University School of Commerce and Finance, where he received a bachelor's degree in accounting.
