Elizabeth Bradbury is retired, following a 27-year career in human resources and as a human resources consultant. She was appointed by Gov. Matt Blunt to a term from 2008-2011. She holds a M.A. in social psychology from Harvard and a B.S. in psychology from Purdue. Her areas of expertise include performance management, compensation and employee communications.
