Executive Committee Ratification

The Board approved the academic calendar for 2014–2015, the monthly activity report, a third amendment to the building attachment antenna collocation lease agreement at Blair House and Plaster Sports Complex, a sublease for fourth floor Brick City Building #1 to host the UMKC/MSU Pharm D. Program and to increase the project budget for the phase II renovation at Robert W. Plaster Center for Free Enterprise and Business Development.

President

The Board approved terms of employment of Head Football Coach Terry Allen and Assistant or Associate Football Coaches Dennis Vokolek, Michael Chandler, Courtney Sanders, Wayne Chambers, Bjorn Stotser, Sean Coughlin, Robert Christophel and Taiwo Onatolu.

West Plains

The Board approved academic appointment for Phillip Howerton, associate professor of English.

The Board approved Joseph E. Kammerer, director of development, WP development; and Susan D. Turner, grant development specialist, WP development.

They also approved a service agreement and approval to enter into an agreement with Downtown West Plains, Inc. d/b/a Ozarks Small Business Incubator.

Purchases/contracts

The Board approved the activity report.

Facilities/Equipment

The Board approved November/December purchasing reports.

The Board also to allow the job order contracting services - mechanical repair and replacement to exceed the current allowable annual monetary expenditure of $200,000.

The Board approved a Missouri State University Code of Conduct Policy.

A discussion on academic programs on the West Plains Campus was held.
