BearPass Card Office

The BearPass Card is replacing the Zip Card as Missouri State’s official identification card.

When and Where to Pick Up Your Card

Students

January 9-27 (including weekends)

  • Students living in residence halls should pick up their cards at their residence hall front desk.
  • Other returning students may pick up their card in the Plaster Student Union atrium lounge from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. M-F, 12:00 - 4:00 weekends.
  • Students who enrolled after Oct. 26, 2011, should visit the BearPass Card office to have a card made.

After Jan. 27

  • BearPass Cards may be picked up or made in the BearPass Card office during normal business hours.

Faculty and staff

January 9-27 (including weekends)

  • Returning faculty and staff may pick up their card in the Plaster Student Union atrium lounge from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. M-F, 12:00 - 4:00 weekends.
  • Faculty and staff who were employed after Oct. 26, 2011, should visit the BearPass Card office to have a card made

After January 27

  • BearPass Cards may be picked up or made in the BearPass Card office during normal business hours.

Others needing cards

After Jan. 9

  • Greenwood students will pick up their cards at Greenwood Lab School.
  • Child Development Center parents who are NOT Missouri State employees or students will pick up their BearPass Cards at the Child Development Center.
  • Guests, emeritus, campus ministers and retirees should visit the BearPass Card office to have a card made. Cards will be printed only during office hours 8 a.m.-6 p.m. on weekdays.
