To report a lost or stolen BearPass Card, please contact the office immediately by going to Plaster Student Union 128 or by calling 417-836-8409. The BearPass Card office will deactivate the lost card to prevent anyone else from using it.
The BearPass Card office will, upon payment of a $10 replacement fee, make you a new BearPass Card.
