How to Register for Training

Beginning March 14, 2011, registration for all training courses is available through the My Learning Connection system. To log in, go to http://my.missouristate.edu, click the Profile tab, and find the Professional Development channel. Click the My Learning Connection link; this will open My Learning Connection in a new window where you can search for and register for classes (PDF file).

Do you have questions about writing reports, looking up class lists, and more in Argos? Looking for help using Banner Document Management System (BDMS)? Argos/BDMS open sessions will be held every Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Cheek 100.

Banner Training Sessions  

Banner HR/PL - Time Entry Training

This class is designed for those persons who have been assigned by Payroll as Approvers for employee Time and Leave Reporting, or as Dept. Time Entry Originators. These sessions will provide assistance to Approvers and their Proxies with the approval process for Time Sheets and Leave reports for Time Entry in Banner. This course will also cover the steps taken by an Originator for Department Time Entry, including extracting, editing and submitting Time Sheets. All sessions will be held in Cheek 100.

Those individuals needing support entering Time or Leave Reports can get assistance in Banner Open Sessions every Friday from 1 - 4 PM in Cheek 100.

BDMS Training Sessions

Banner Document Management System (BDMS) Web Basics will demonstrate the functionality of BDMS and provide participants with hands-on practice. Topics include password synchronization, accessing and logging in to BDMS, component installation, queries, views, printing/exporting, email, annotations/redactions, INB integration, and more. All BDMS users are encouraged to attend a session of this course.  Before attending Banner Document Management System (BDMS) Web Basics, please ensure you know your Banner INB Password for the TEST8 system. If you need to set or reset your password, please contact the instructors at least one day prior to the course.
