Audiology Program 

Admission into Program

All applicants must first apply to the Missouri State Graduate College before the February 1st Deadline.  Applications may be downloaded below (press cancel to bypass the password screen).  After the applicant is accepted into the graduate college, a departmental selection committee reviews applicants who meet the minimum qualifications for admission which include: a GPA of 3.00, a GRE score, three letters of recommendation (we do not provide forms for this, please have your references submit their own forms), and a detailed letter indicating why you are choosing this profession.

The number of students who can enter the program each year is limited.  Admission to the program is on a competitive basis.  Applicants are notified by mail once their application is complete.  Applicants who do not meet the program admission standards may be granted probationary admission if circumstances permit.  More information can be found in the Graduate Admissions link below.
