Each college and the School of Agriculture will have a report on file with the Assessment Office that summarizes the assessment process within the academic programs of that college or school. Updates and changes to the summary report should be submitted regularly as they occur. Summary reports should be brief (2-3 pages) and can either follow the template provided below or some other format that works best for the college or school.
