Roger Fontaine is Senior Vice President of The Choate Partners and Tom Clancy International. In this position Roger Fontaine travels extensively researching the Middle East and conducting interviews with leading specialists, diplomats and government officials with expertise on the Middle East.
Formerly the Vice President for International Operations of Halper, Roosevelt and Brown. His career includes being a media consultant; a journalist contributing to the Washington Times and Tiempos; foreign affairs analyst; a university professor specializing in foreign policy with regional emphasis on Latin America and Asia; and served for three years in the first Reagan Administration as the National Security Council’s senior staff officer responsible for Latin America.
Mr. Fontaine holds a Ph.D. in International Relations at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Relations.
