To read and/or print a PDF document you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

• Download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

To read and/or print a Microsoft Word document you will need either Microsoft Word or the Word Viewer Software.

When opening a Word document you will be presented with a dialog box asking  you to sign on to your account.  Please choose the "Cancel" button  and the document will open.

• Download the Word Viewer software to your computer by following the instructions on the Microsoft Word File Viewer page. To view Word 2007 documents, you will also need the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack.
