College entrance exams

Most colleges and universities require college entrance exams, such as the ACT or SAT, for admission and scholarship purposes. It is important that you check to see if the colleges you are considering prefer the ACT or SAT and that you take at least one of these exams early and often in your high school career (we recommend taking an exam at least once during your junior year) so that you have plenty of time to achieve your best score.

Ask your high school counselor about ACT or SAT prep materials or classes.
