Administrative Services

The Office of  Administrative Services is a department within the Administrative and Information Services division. The primary function of this office is to provide a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment that enables the university to develop educated persons through:

  • Integration of administrative service units
  • Timely response to requests for administrative services from the campus community through partnership and facility planning efforts with academic deans, department heads, and directors
  • Helping to shape master planning initiatives by campus constituencies to achieve a fully participative, integrated, and coordinated effort in support of the university's vision
  • Development, coordination, and preparation of the annual Capital Appropriations Request
  • Good stewardship of university resources
