New Student Festival 2008
There is a high demand and limited space for tables at the event, so we ask you to begin planning to attend this event early. NSF is both for student organizations and Missouri State departments/colleges. The event is for students and first priority will be given to student organizations. If table space becomes an issue, departments/colleges that request numerous tables may be asked to combine tables in order to participate.
The New Student Festival is a very effective way to reach students and it proves to be an excellent recruitment tool. All MSU students, specifically freshmen and transfers, are invited to this event. If you have any questions regarding this event, please call the Office of Student Activities at 836-4386. Don't delay your response, register now for the New Student Festival 2008!
Directions to reserve a table:
Please fill out all fields of information to reserve your organization's or department's table for the New Student Festival Sunday, August 24th from 3:00pm - 4:30pm in the Plaster Student Union. To reserve your spot just fill out the form below and click submit. The registration deadline is Wednesday, August 20th. If you need an electrical outlet, be sure to check yes on the need electrical outlet on the form below.
Important Information:
- Each organization is limited to one table and two chairs.
- No more han 4 people may staff a table at any given time - this will be enforced!
- Distribution of materials/literature may occur only from behind the table.
- Tables are assigned by the Office of Student Activities staff and we cannot accommodate requests for specific locations.
- If a representative of your organization does not check-in by 1:30pm on August 24th, your table will be given to a group on the waiting list and you will be put at the bottom of the waiting list.
- For audio-visual needs and extension chords, please contact ETC at 836-5778 or please feel free to bring your own. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
