The staff of The Achievement Center operate in several capacities with the student-athletes.  Each full-time staff member and graduate assistant serves as the primary supervisor for one or more teams' academics.  The staff advises student-athletes regarding general education courses and works with advisors from other majors as the student-athletes declare their major.  The staff members conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with student-athletes to monitor academic progress.  These meetings are vital to the proactive approach used by The Achievement Center.  It is much easier to identify a problem and take steps to correct it before it becomes a crisis situation.
