Registering Your Computer

Before you can use the wired connection in your residence hall, you must register your computer.

How to register your computer

1. Plug your computer into the orange data port using an Ethernet cord.
2. Visit resreg.missouristate.edu in the browser of your choice.
3. Click Log In.
4. Enter your BearPass login and password.
5. Enter a name for your device. My Computer is sufficient in most cases.
6. Click Register to load your User Summary.
7. Test your connection by visiting the Missouri State homepage or another website.

Reminder: You cannot register your computer from an off-campus location or over a wireless connection.
