Meeting Summaries
I just wanted to send you a draft of the Agenda for our May 8th CGEIP meeting. We have a few items of old business and these will go in the CGEIP Archive common folder on the BEAR1 server next week for you to look over.
If you need instructions or access to this and the CGEIP folder please email Sandra Arthur.
Also the Bachelors in General Studies has been approved by CNAS and CHHS and these documents will be in the CGEIP common folder for your review. Since the May 8th is a Business meeting we will finish the old business and the first item of new business needs to be the election of the new CGEIP chair.
Both the current members (2012-2013 CGEIP members) and the new members
(2013-2014 members) will need to attend this meeting. The Old business with be voted on by the 2012-2013 members and the new business is to be voted on by the 2013-2014 members. Stephen McIntyre the 2013-2014 Faculty Senate Chair-Elect will lead the first item of the New Business (election of a New CGEIP chair) and then that new CGEIP chair will take over the rest of the agenda.
The May 8th CGEIP meeting starts at 3 pm in PSU317. If you will not be able to attend the meeting please email me or Sandra Arthur and please try to find a substitute for your College for that meeting if you can not attend.
It has been a great year on CGEIP and I am very glad to have had the chance to work with those that have been on the committee this past year.
