Budget Info

Stipends are paid out of First-Year Programs budget.

In order to process a Personnel Action Form, we need your department's FOAP #, which enables the institution to classify transactions across accounts.

e. g., A02000-022033-00000-011

Stipend

Cash—Stipend will be direct deposited into instructor's bank account.

Part of job agreement—Faculty member can teach as part of load as determined by their department.

Transfer of funds—Option is selected prior to beginning of classes, and instructor cannot direct the use of the funds.

 


Peer Leader

The Peer Leadership program is designed for outstanding students who are willing to selflessly serve a GEP 101 class and be role models for first-year students. Peer Leaders work collegially with individual GEP 101 instructors and concurrently learn leadership skills and classroom management in IDS 310.

Sections Requested

Returning instructors may teach a maximum of three sections.  First-time instructors should select no more than two sections.

Please select the number of sections you would like to teach.

Approval

  • Faculty members must have department head's approval.
  • Staff who teach must have permission from their immediate supervisor.
